Procedure

  1. Mix paprika, pepper, chili powder and cumin in a small bowl
  2. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan, cook onion until transparent
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper and spice mix, cook 2 minutes
  4. Add stock and remaining ingredients, stir and simmer 15 minutes

Use this to baste brisket while smoking, or as a sauce when serving.
