Ingredients

This can serve 4 as a main.

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 450F with a sheet pan inside
2. Score sausages, cut in half if desired. Mix with sprouts, potatoes and oil in a bowl and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper
3. Dump mixture on sheet pan, make sure sprouts and potatoes are cut side down. Roast 15 minutes
4. Stir together honey and mustard in a small bowl
5. Drizzle honey mustard over sheet pan contents and toss. Sprinkle with walnuts. Roast another 10 minutes
